| By bus – by car – by train Take the motorway A4 Milano-Venezia and exit in Bergamo. For tourists arriving in Bergamo by bus, we suggest you stopping at the train station located in Piazzale Marconi (see picture below). Here you can meet our guide, if you booked one, and it will be possible to arrive directly in the Old Town (if the bus is not higher than 3.5 meters) through the ancient Strada Ferdinandea, today called Viale Papa Giovanni XXIII.
